In the meantime you can find information about this stage of the project below. The PAVE Service Outcomes Project’s goal is to find out how good people’s lives are when they receive services from Regional Centers in California. We also want to use what we learn to help make these services better. Many people with intellectual and developmental disabilities depend on services and support staff to live a good life. We want to learn if these services are actually helping. To do this, we created new surveys and tools with help from:
We will need your help to test these surveys before we use them statewide. We especially need people who receive Supported Living Services, Independent Living Services, Supported Employment, or In-Home Respite from their Regional Center. If you participate, you will receive a gift card for your time. Who can participate? The three groups of people who can participate are listed below. We will be reaching out to each group with more information soon. |
If are 18 years or older, use Regional Center services AND can answer questions about your life and the services your receive, you will be able to participate in our "Self Report" survey. You can have someone help you (for example, by reading the questions to you) but your answers must be your own.
