Registration and Payment Instructions

  • Registration is $20 for CSLN members, and $40 for non-members, per person
  • To pay by check or money order (made out to CSLN), print this page, fill out the paper form, and send to the address below with your payment.
  • Be sure to indicate which forum you will be attending
  • If you will be attending more than one forum, please complete a separate registration for each forum
  • When you press the Submit Registration button you will be taken to the online payment page. Read the instructions on that page to complete your payment(s)
  • Online payment information is secured and processed by PayPal
